I Release You With Love -Â This workshop was designed to release connections, trauma, and emotional blockages that are stored in the body. It is a combination of mindfulness, meditation, self and distance reiki, reflective journaling, and intention setting.

Back To Basics -Â This workshop is geared towards any level of Reiki that wants to reconnect with their Reiki energy. It is designed to bring you back to basics with Reiki Energy. Here we reconnect with the Reiki Precepts, the Pillars of Reiki, Self-Reiki, and How to conduct a reiki session. Additional topics depending on level: distance reiki, building a Reiki Business
